This 2ft x 3ft poster showcases over 60 rules and definitions of typography. By creating this work, I was able to not only read and learn each definition, but also apply them. 

I started off with the western typeface Manicotti seen in “west.” I had this typeface stored in the back of my mind for a project and thought this would be the perfect one to unleash it on. From there, I wrote out all the rules and definitions and which letter or word I would use to define them. After that, I laid each out on the page and rearranged until they all fit and flowed in a well organized yet chaotic composition. This poster now hangs in my living room.
